Refund Policy – Karol Bagh Fruits
At Karol Bagh Fruits, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal with fresh and perishable products, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and quality service.
All fruit packs are freshly cut and prepared daily. Because of the perishable nature of our products, orders once prepared or delivered are generally non-refundable.
Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or spoiled product received
Missing items in the order
Order not delivered due to our fault
Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.
Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. However, customers may contact our support team for genuine concerns or service-related issues.
Trial Pack orders are non-refundable after delivery.
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation starts. Once fruits are cut and packed, cancellation is not possible.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
